Head over to the Application Page, and under Important Documents/Links, click on the Application PDF - this will open the electronic version that you will need to complete and print. You do not need to do anything with the Teacher Recommendation Form, just ask three teachers to complete the form for you.
What is NHS?
National Honor Society is a service- and academic-based group. Students with a 3.6 or above are invited to apply for membership their junior or senior year. One of the most important services that we provide is FREE tutoring for students in elementary grades all the way through high school. NHS also participates in fundraisers, babysitting, community events, and any other activity that the principal or advisor deems appropriate.
