(teachers, please use the link emailed to you to complete the online form)
Instructions:
1) Ask three teachers to complete the recommendation form online.
2) Read through application, fill in pdf electronically (proofread!), then print and staple.
3) Obtain all necessary signatures.
4) In the provided envelope, place your signed acknowledgment form and application, and return
to Mrs. Rutt in Rm 207.
ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE MONDAY, OCTOBER 10 AT 3:30 PM!
Application Process Timeline (2016):
Sept. 29: Meet with Mrs. Rutt, go over application
Sept. 29-Oct 9: Hand out teacher recommendation requests; Complete application;
Ask for signatures
Oct. 10: Hand in envelope with application and acknowledgment form
Week of Oct. 17: Faculty Council meets
Oct. 28: Letter sent home with Faculty Council decision (no later than 10/28/16)
Nov. 3: Induction Ceremony (more details will be provided)
